Dip Base Coat

Apply the Dip Base Coat to nail bed before dipping nail into dip powder. The bottle size is 15ml, approximately 1/2oz.

If loose dip powder gets into the jar via the brush it will cause your liquid to dry faster. Please ensure your brush is clean free from dip powder by wiping it onto a paper towel before putting it back into the jar.
